[EAS] September 14 IPAWS RWT

Sage users:
Note in the Sage ENDEC printout below that the IPAWS RWT was logged because it matched the "OTHERS" filter. That is the same case with the Sage printout that I posted.

Most Sage units are shipped with an OTHERS filter, which basically does a Log Only printout of ANY alert that comes in that does not match any other filter requiring another action. So as long as Sage users did not delete this OTHERS filter, the Sage unit should log this IPAWS RWT (and providing that you've installed the latest Sage software version). But note, this is not matching the normal RWT filter, it is matching the OTHERS filter if you left it installed.

In approximately one hour, at 2:00 PM EDT the IPAWS Lab will issue a RWT for
All-US. This will be the first use of the "000000" geocode. Your EAS device
may or may not log reception of this RWT as EAS Participants are not
required or expected to have a filter set for the combination of RWT with
All-US.
