[EAS] ETRS Notifications

Our secretary called Austin Rendazzo today because most of our LPTV are translators and according to him in August when we called we didn't need to register these stations.  I'm traveling,  so I can't ask her,  but she didn't say that or records were lost or that he suggested we should verify our records online.
