Folks, this note came to our CEO via what I believe to be the reference
licensee email address for each of our licenses. Problem is, I did all
our Form 1 work weeks ago. The note is so vague there no indication which
station this applies.

Please be aware that as of September 7, 2016, one or more of your
facilities does not appear to be filed in the FCC's Emergency Alert System
Test Reporting System (ETRS). Registration in the ETRS is mandatory for
EAS Participants, and was required to be completed no later than Friday,
August 26, 2016. Please also be aware that on Wednesday, September 28, at
2:20 p.m., EDT, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in
coordination with the FCC, will be holding a nationwide test of the EAS.
Participation in the test and the reporting of results in the ETRS also
are mandatory for EAS Participants. EAS Participants that fail to
participate in the test or file results in the ETRS in an accurate and
timely manner may be subject to enforcement action.
The ETRS registration page can be found on the FCC web site at
https://www.fcc.gov/eform/submit/etrs-registration. Instructional
materials, including a Public Notice, the ETRS manual, FAQs and a
prerecorded webinar, can be found at
https://www.fcc.gov/general/eas-test-reporting-system. If you need
further information, please send an email to ETRS at fcc.gov. PSHSB staff
stand ready to assist filers to complete their forms.
Best,
The ETRS team

Any idea what's going on in DC here? This puts us in an awkward position
as we have no idea which station(s) has(have) problems....radio or TV...
Thanks,
MM
