[EAS] Suffolk Co, NY EAS mishap

The Earthquakes there are around 2.0 or less like the one I experienced in Springfield VA that damaged DC buildings. Sort of like a truck hitting your building. No way to effectively provide advanced warning and not much going on afterwards.  MGM Grand fire should have been a traffic report " avoid the strip between Harmon and Sands a major fire in progress".  Amber is, for the most part, allowing domestic disputes to take over the airwaves. They have a place as news but not something that interrupts other programming.
