The reports I read indicate WALK has a recording of their alert(s).  I
can't comment on any other outlets. Which I'm sure the FCC will take a
very careful look into given the circumstances. As they should....

Yes, we know the doorbell works. But in addition to the message efforts,
the public's confidence needs to be restored.
