One of the more interesting man-on-the-street interviews was a person 
knew it was fake because the version of the message he saw used the 
"Evacuation Immediate" code translation, instead of "Immediate 
Evacuation".

He knew it was hackers because the inverted phrase sounded like bad 
english in spam messages he gets.

Some eas manufacturers use "immediate evacuation," others use "evacuation 
immediate" matching the FCC Part 11 translation.
