[EAS] Sufolk Co, NY EAS mishap

Anyone have more information on the hiccup EVI message with truncated
audio and text issued by Suffolk Co. NY to evacuate Fire Island prior the
arrival of Hermine?

Problem is, as I understand, the part which specified only Fire Island
never made it to air or WEA and interpreted to include the whole county.
Fortunately one station's staff wisely called their local owner and he
clarified the situation with the EOC before his station went into all out
storm ops.
