You are clearly preachin' to the choir here.

A while ago I went to an APCO meeting where the California Highway 
Patrol CIO talked about security.  The audience was all Public Safety 
and PSAP management.

He gave out the 10 most common passwords.  Starting with 'qwerty" and 
the rest were just as obviously obvious.

He also pointed out that really complex passwords are impossible to 
enforce and generally become a sticky note on the screen!

Wonder if I can get a copy of that presentation.
