[EAS] The best public alerting quality experience

Our services automatically switch to an EAN or NPT slide if ever needed, but now wondering this question: Are television station's required to provide an "appropriate" slide for national level EAN and NPT? Seems to me there was language in part 11 on this subject, seem to remember the wording "appropriate" side, but I can't find it now in the latest version part 11.

I noted that most Hearst TV stations I saw brought up a very nice background slide featuring "EAS" and "FEMA" with the DHS logo, and the words "This is only a TEST" above a representation of a tower. The same background slide was used at WPTZ-TV for the test in 2011.
