Depending on the age of your DASDEC, you might have some old CAs.  I just 
received a brand new DASDEC-II, with a new image; and it was configured 
with old CAs.

Check that you are using the

FCPCA-USTreasury-DHS-IGC-CA.crt

CA file on the CAP Decode page.

It took me a little while to figure out what was wrong this week.
