I will say this. Things in general would be easier for everyone if the FCC rules were really the rules. As it stands now, if one does not have a lawyer and/or a consulting engineer who knows their way inside the FCC, staff opinions and other policies not in the rules or even contrary to what is written in the rules then even those with the best of intentions can be left behind.
I would staunchly support more diligence if every staff opinion, etc was posted on line so the hiring of 'insiders' was not necessary.
