Dan,

I don't know if it is reflected in the current state or local EAS plan but KMJ 580 AM, Fresno, is a PEP/NP station and as such is a valid source for a national message.

I hope there is someone on this list that can pass the request on to the creators of the ETRS form that it would be very helpful for broadcasters like us who have a centralized engineering staff that takes care of the EAS and spends a lot of time trying to chase down and confirm that we are monitoring the right sources if they would give us a drop down box to select the stations we monitor. They seem to know what it is if the station entered doesn't match a list I presume they have.

Right now, I'm stuck in Fresno, CA and the state plan I have doesn't give monitoring assignments. I am monitoring what I think are correct, but KFSN-TV isn't in the list and I've heard rumors they are dropping their LP responsibility.
