Thanks for clearing that up Ira.

Does anyone know how long it would take the FCC to make such a declaration?
It seems some of the shorter term events could be over by the time this happens.
I mean yeah, it's a real long shot that this would ever occur, but then no one ever though anyone could bring down one, never mind both of the World Trade Center buildings.
