[EAS] What is a State Relay participant?

I forgot to mention, that your station(s) should have been granted EAS designations in your state's EAS plan.
I assume you have a State Emergency Communications Committee? If you have questions about your role in EAS they should be able to answer. Alternatively, your state emergency management agency may be able to help.
