[EAS] EAS monitoring sources

In larger metropolitan areas we have stations that go wall to wall with coverage of the event. EAS is just an interruption of the flow of information. I am among those who set boxes for EAN and tests only. If I were in an area where tornados were prevalent, a TOR would be appropriate as well.
