[EAS] EAS monitoring sources

Here in WaState we do make use of those NPR affiliates that have their
squawk channel decoder connected to the EAS Encoder ...as well as those
Premiere affiliates that have their Sat Rx connected likewise.   This has
augmented our SRN permitting a redundant source of National-Level EAS
messages for all participants.   Wonder how many other states are doing the
same?

Please all understand the reason behind my telling you what we are doing
here with EAS is not to brag about it...but rather to share with others what
we have done.    Seems to me that we should have been doing a whole-lot more
sharing of best practices a long time ago ..?
