Tim,

For a large number of participants - radio stations that are not LPs 
and send the alerts with automatic settings, it will be fairly 
straight forward.

And remember to divide your time by the number of stations you support.

I am by no means ignoring the complexities faced by LPs that 
originate, or single EAS device/multiple outputs, or 
cable.  Hopefully, those participants will be able to say "refer to 
the blue binder" for their existing instructions.

This also everyone the opportunity to review what they are doing and 
make sure it is current, and properly references NPT.  And include 
some thought as to what to do when it all goes wrong - an LP powering 
off on a bad EAN (without trying to send the end of message) should 
be the last resort, not the first.
