[EAS] Apparent violation of 47 CFR 11.45

Considering the average person commits three felonies a day, we have too many laws. While most people in broadcast ops know this is a big no-no, not everybody does. If the Jaguars folks are anything like our Nevada Wolf Pack folks, they live in their own little world, and think more about NCAA rules than the FCC rules.

I bet this was caught by broadcasters, and hopefully never aired. But I have to give them credit for being creative.
