[EAS] Apparent violation of 47 CFR 11.45

This is one of those situations where both the licensee TV station(s)
carrying this promo AND the producer (the team even?) should be compelled
to write a 7 digit check to the treasury.

I sure hope someone sends this to the clip to the EB for further action.
