[EAS] FCC Releases ETRS Info

On April 18, 2016, the FCC released a Public Notice regarding the EAS Test Reporting System (ETRS).

This Public Notice is merely informational.  It does not seek comment on the ETRS formats outlined, but does give FCC contacts at the end for further information.

This Public Notice is NOT the notice referenced in the EAS rules 11.61 that will eventually start the 60-day clock for EAS Participants to enter their initial ETRS information.  That Notice will be issued later this year.
