[EAS] Open Source CAP Alerting Software

Hi Hi,

Just came across this group and wanted to reach out and say hello from 
up here in Canada's arctic.

My bio is at bottom of my signature how I got into radio broadcasting.

I'm curious if there is anyone out there in USA that has some linux 
skills\interest to try out our software with CAP south of the border? I 
have included some support for CAP in the US and would like to get any 
feedback how it works with your EAS.
