While you are 'snorting' Mike....Consider - 

Washington State has a -

Silver Alert (Missing senior) 
Blue Alert (Like Florida) 

Keep in mind that this has NOTHING to do with EAS and is not broadcast nor
carried by any EAS Channel and neither of these have an Event Code for use
with those systems.

Perhaps your desire to snort is based on the fact that you just found out
about this activity?
