Richard - This may well be true...However - It does not appear that these
folks have spent much time studying history.
May I suggest that we should to be trotting out these (old) ideas as if they
were brand new for the simple reason that those things thought to be new
(Like broadband) have the appeal of a bright shiny object and attract the
attention of those who are of the belief that anything old is bad. The
fact that PPW came up with these recommendations may well be true,
however...'Oldies but goodies' don't usually gain much traction, especially
for those that appear to wake up to a new world EVERY DAY !
