[EAS] Senate Bill Could Cut NWS Offices from 122 to 6

I've passed this on to our news department for follow-up.

I'm also rallying our two local ham radio clubs, who have long-standing storm spotter links with our NWS office. I can only think that those links will be destroyed by this bill.
