Not just you... Today's IPAWS RWT directed to the eastern time zone group
did not go out. This will be reflected in the monthly report for February.

As we prepare to participate in the Regional test coming up later this
March, I don T believe there was a CAP test for those of us in the Eastern
Zone - or at least here in Michigan. Anyone else notice that?
