[EAS] ALL state FIPS CODE

State codes work fine on our Sage units. We forward both 53000 for all Washington and 16000 for all Idaho.

More thinking about your post -

Here in Washington I believe that the State uses the FIPS 53000 for sending
their statewide tests now - Am cc'ing those that deal that for confirmation.
I know that when they do state-wide tests they sure don't encode for ALL the
counties - (that would take a very long time).   BTW - Our Statewide tests
are sent via the State CAP system and after a delay- The Analog State Relay
Network.

I don't have any first-hand knowledge of anyone having difficulty with a
particular brand of EAS Equipment
