        No ... you are on point. Remember how CAP
        was delayed for months and months so 
        "security" issues could be handled? We did get
        a highly complex system, based on Internet
        connectivity.

        Do you feel the system is secure now?
        
        As has been noted, a "stoopid" person can
        cause great havoc with the system as it stands. 
        What about a "determined" individual?
