 Take a look around - There are multiple levels of government everywhere you
look - Federal, State, County, City etc etc.     The volume of rules and
regulations continues to grow - every day!      The reason is simple -
Despite all the rules and regulations that are on the books...There is
always something that comes along that creates a need for yet another rule
or a tweak of an existing one.      The old expression - Back to the drawing
board - is not limited.
Clearly those that regulate these matters have some additional work to do.
