I'll have to go back and dig up where I found the information that the 
xx000 code was technically an invalid code per the rules, but that was 
in part 11 somewhere.

I think both Sage & TFT will pass it just fine. Still if the language is 
still in there (and it was) that invalidates it, then if this would be a 
good time to change it if they are going to make changes to the national 
code.

Another thought on the National code, to those that may have input, I 
might have some merit to go ahead and officially establish the 
boundaries of the 9 subdivisions.
