[EAS] November 9 Warning from the NAB

Ed--
I checked with KWNR last month and their engineer told me that they did not
receive the Bobby Bones activation. But we do have a cross-border issue with
Sacramento through Capitol Public Radio which has stations in the Reno DMA
and at least one of their translators serves as an LP for the Eastern
Sierra. 

Out of an abundance of caution, I'm directly contacting the stations with
DASDEC's and letting them know that they need to check their equipment. So
far, only one station group engineer says he didn't know about the potential
problem. Several people have told me that they haven't found the activation
in their queue but I haven't heard back from everyone yet.
