[EAS] Pacific time zone FEMA RWT was not issued

Greetings, fellow EAS Participants in the Pacific Time Zone:

I heard from FEMA that the regularly scheduled 11:00 AM local time CAP test for today was not sent.

I am told this will be documented in the FEMA CAP monthly report for November.

Please let your Chief Operators know they should make a log entry that today's test was not sent out.

I have not received word that I can forward a FEMA email on this for everyone to put in their logs at this time.
