[EAS] No PACIFIC time zone FEMA RWT yet?

I just messaged FEMA about this. Apparently none of the 23 So. Cal. boxes I monitor logged the Monday 11 AM test.

Mark Lucero with FEMA messaged me back that he would check into this.
