[EAS] FCC Seeks Comment on Multilingual EAS

I would think that Chicago, like Ny and LA have the same corporate directed O&Os that have more than enough capability to predict at the nano level. They use far more resources than just NWS and almost always get it right. Those who wait for EAS in such circumstances will have many requiring emergency assistance a great government expense. Evacuation orders are more effective.
