[EAS] Further EAS 04-296 Comment Public Notice out today

Greetings:

The Federal Communications Commission announced today (March 11) in a Public Notice that it wants to "refresh the record" on the petition filed by Minority Media and Telecommunications Council (MMTC) apparently to get current information on issues this group raised having to do with non-English language issues:

The issues outlined in the public notice have to do with access to warning information by non-English speaking people at risk, and if and how the state of public warnings has changed since the MMTC Petition was filed.

Comments are due 30 days after publication in the Federal Register, Replies are due 45 days after said publication.
