I'm not sure where that came come. I can't speak to an uproar either. In 
Illinois/Indiana, the SECC in either state had nothing to do with the 
error.This occurrence was a NWS fopa.

And how would the the IL. and IN. SECC and LECC follow-up on the RMT. 
NWS doesn't originate a RMT in either state. Illinois had their RMT 
earlier that day (midnight hour) and all was well. Indiana's isn't for 
another two weeks. The events are two totally different message types 
originated by different agencies and distributed by different systems.

But wait....that's the reason there are tests of the ***various*** 
systems.  Not just the state daisy chain system.
