Now, I realize I'm only providing gunpowder for those who are anti-live
code test.  But it's these instances where testing reveals the warts.

This deviation would have occurred in the Chicago WFO and is a great
example of how offices covering multiple states can "ignore" their
non-home state(s) concerns.

THE NWS sent out a TORNADO WARNING this morning at 9:02 am for several NW
Indiana Counties.  We contacted NOAA and as soon as we have an explanation
as to why we will send out information you can put in your EAS log.
