If you have been wondering what some of us have been working on within the various CSRIC groups, the attached NPRM might be of interest to you.

Yes. If you have opinions one way or the other talk about them here. If you fee strongly enough about your opinions, you should file comments on the FCC's Electronic Comment Filing website.

If anyone does not know how to do that by now, we can do a refresher course here.
