Not two issues....but one.  If it doesn't produce revenue or cut costs,
they're not interested in talking about it let along doing something
meaningful. To most managers and owners, EAS is a cost center with no
possible recoupment. Complex or simple, that's the bottom line.

I do agree with you on the fouling up aspect. Once a manger has the EAS 
epiphany, they then don't want to have bad content come out. Unless
they're the only game in the county and can have a heart to heart with the
powers that are, no amount of cajoling will suffice the powers to take EAS
seriousy.
