[EAS] Missed IPAWS RWT

If you did not get the email from SAGE about Part 11 compliance issues for the SAGE 3644 aka the issues we had on Monday January 13, 2014. Then please go see the SAGE website for yourself or contact SAGE.

The website tells of the latest necessary certificate update.

No link provided. If you have a SAGE you should know the link by now.  And last time I posted a link people wondered why SAGE did not post it here first, so no link.
