Here at KQED in San Francisco we did not receive the RWT. We have two SAGE EAS boxes and both of them logged the following in the IPAWS log...

Jan 13 19:00:34 VerifyCap: verify_cap exited with error 114
Jan 13 19:00:34 Validation error for 68657 (114), alert ignored

It looks like some EAS boxes received the RWT and some did not.

We are seeing a number of message posts to the sbe mailing list indicating that several stations have not received the RWT for today. We are looking into this, trying to determine if there has been an error in distribution (IPAWS) or receipt (EAS encoder/decoder). Thank you for your patience as we investigate these issues.
