[EAS] IPAWS EAS Feed Notifications (monthly report) CORRECTION

EAS Participants,

 

The previous report sent Monday had incorrect time zone offsets (in column F).  The rest of the information was correct.  The attached report is the corrected version.  Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
