[EAS] RMT from CAP

Tom,
On the unit that forwarded the alert, look at your RMT Filter in that box and see what it has for Location Codes.
If you are on the Wisconsin border and perhaps have Wisconsin codes in your "Local Area" code group and you used Local Area for the RMT filter, it would then forward the Wisconsin RMT.  Not sure why else it would have done that.

Received a RMT over CAP from Wisconsin this AM (00:01)  I have two Sage 3644 boxes.  One read as MATCHED FILTER OTHERS the other read MATCHED FILTER RMT.  OTHERS are TIMED IGNORE and RMT are TIMED RELAY.  Why did one match OTHERS and the second box match RMT?  One of them got sent.

Can not find any differences in setups of the two boxes.  We are in Illinois.
