You will need to add the marine FIPS codes to your local area definition
to get them to relay. The marine FIPS codes are their own area, and do
not fall under the 'All Florida" umbrella.
Just be aware here in Fla there are many SMW's
Also if I did add the marine, I'd be sure to only add the 0-20NM code.
Here in St. Augustine I'm right on a split so I would have to add both
075452 and 075454, which would cover from Georgia to Flagler Beach,
which goes way outside the coverage area of the station. That would add
many unwanted alerts to the Air.
On the other end of the spectrum I think if you add 075000 to the local
area you'll send every marine warning you receive.
