        20 years ago, it was much easier to push alerts around
        to the different listserves. Today, there are too many.
        FYI: As soon as I find out "something EAS" like a missing test,
        it is posted at www.theBDR.net/articles/fcc/eas/eas.html

        Yes, I have considered everything from RSS to YAL 
        (yet another list).  But like everyone else, there is only
        so much I can do each day....   I'm open to suggestions
        and/or volunteers to help.
