[EAS] CAP test today?

Not so fine after all.  I need new eyeglasses.  We received a bunch of RWT's
and RMT's.   So I didn't look closely enough.  None were from CAP
origination.  Sigh!  A shout-out to Chuck (NEPR) who said it was odd.  He
was right, it would have been odd had I gotten it.
