And that is as I expect it to be.
My question about why are we monkeying around was primarily to get those who thought otherwise to rethink it.
I know that EAS, or any alerting system, is useless if it can't parse things down to at least a county level.
For it all to work, the manufacturers, the alert originators and the end users all need to be on the same page.

-BTW, NE did run a CAP RWT last week, prior to next week's RMT.
And it seemed to have worked just fine.
But I'm sure you already knew that.
I know you've been working closely with our state EAS folks and NE E.M. Agency.
