[EAS] CAP EAS Logging Question

All,

Would like people to weigh in on this.

So I eliminated All of California and All of Nevada from my Monitoring 
Counties in my Trilithic EAS.  Still received and logged RWT through CAP 
from a Washoe Count NV source.

Looked Closer, I found that the Trilithic CAP software that looks for 
CAP Alerts only has a function to process Atom Feeds By State,not by 
County.  So it appears that it is not in the Main Trilithic Set Up that 
is causing me to receive and log RWTs and RMTs from places we do not 
monitor, but the CAP configuration itself.

While this is not a problem right now, as California and Nevada ramp up 
CAP processing for alerts and Tests, I will be forced to keep a larger 
and larger file full of log entries that have nothing to do with our 
listening area.

Is there any other solution out there?

Does Anyone know if this, only being able to select States and not 
counties for monitoring CAP messages,  is built into the CAP system, or 
maybe it is specific to Trilithic?
