[EAS] Is CAP down?

Bill,

What brand of EAS/CAP Box? What firmware version?

I had this problem with our Sage before we upgraded the firmware. And there have been CAP outages that could cause a sage with old firmware to lock up and no longer receive cap messages.

We have the Sage 3644 Purple box with 89.5 firmware.

You could also have Internet issues. I set my Sage to email me all alerts so I know it is working all week.  That also lets me know when the cap feed goes down(separate email setting as I recall, for status).
