[EAS] Timelimit

Don't know for sure it would be in the FCC guidelines to manufactures who build the things.
These would not necessarily be of any operational use to broadcasters and therefore not something worthy of federal code.
Check with your, or one of the, EAS box manufacturers to see if they can answer.
