Ya never know!
EQ insurance is dirt cheep in these parts and I got it for my house.
The neighbors will be laughing out the other side when I'm the only one getting my foundation fixed!!

We have the New Madrid Fault over in St. Louis (would that be like "San Luis" in Spanish?)
